Students and Post-docs applying for the reduced fee are required to enclose a signed declaration of their status from the supervisor.

Members applying for the reduced fee need to enclose a declaration of good standing membership from their society.
Registration allows to upload up to 2 abstracts (1 oral and 1 poster/2 posters).

Cancellations by paid registrants may be eligible for a total refund until May 30th. Any request for a refund is at the discretion of the conference committee.
Alternative to refund: paid registrations can be transferred to another member of the same organization. The request for this must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the conference start.
